it depends on the traffic, pages average size and the resources needed (depends on the PHP functions and CMS used within these websites)
contabo is really cheap and comes with extra resources (mainly more than sufficient),
you can use a mail server to send emails,
all the process can be really easier using some free panel like aapanel (using personally) or vesta panel
I understand with plesk panel its very easy to create mail ID's. But I am curious to know how to set up email on another panels like aapanel, cyberpanel and webmin(Virtualmin).I found mxroute for mailing just beacuse of cloudways do not provide mail service if you want to buy mail services then you have to pay some sort of amount. @DropshipDave
Do I need to create a mail server on my own? All websites are on WordPress apart from one.I was using aapanel for some time. It was an overall good experience with aapanel. i faced a bit of confusion while I was using vestacp. @hideath
I have used cyberpanel, but I haven't heard about the wordops @Daffy10

yup, changed from vesta to aapanel me too,
it's easier and has some good support (forum, can help you out to fix with email too)
it's not that hard to install a mail server, just like a web server, it's a ready Linux software and you have only to configure it most of the time, you can find plenty of detailed guides out there as well

For now it is best hosting in my opinion. Other providers charges about 10-20x more for same spec. of server.
They have very fast email support, and helps even you have some problems not from their side.

Contabo is not bad now. It had bad reputation though.
Go with Virtualmin -you will love it. Easy and FREE.

Yes I'm using it on debian. It's a breeze to install, once you get the server configured(nginx for me) it's just one line of command, ssl included via certbot and letsencrypt.

Thanks for the valuable Info. I was just checking a few minutes back about their prices $6.99 monthly + $5.49 setup fees. After your review I am just thinking about to give it a try.
