There are plenty of machines available at http://www.blackcatservers.com also and they come with the software already installed.

I have been using bhsvps for over a year and a half now, any problem I have had they fix it almost instantly. I am just a customer not an affiliate or anything. They seem to be the only ones with 100% legit software and more then enough servers and resources to handle the load of people. They have a ticket system, live chat and a IRC to get service quick. They also are the only ones I have seen with a legit version of SEnuke and AMR since all the changes. I would go with them and stick with them. I have tried blackcat bullrap and bhtdowns and both of them screwe me over. Anyway. That is my 2 cents!

I have a shared plan and for the price i pay is perfect. There are lot of tools included, actually more then i personally need. That includes stuff like Adobe CS6, MS Office, etc.
The server is pretty fast for me. When I run RDP in full screen i don't even realize i work from a remote computer. I even do extra work there (image editing, etc).
Senuke, scrapebox and some other tools can be updated by the user even on shared plans, so no need to wait for an admin to do it. There are also plans with admin privileges available so you can install your own tools.
