Does bhsvps allows installing softwares means do you have right to install as idot bhtdownloads doesn't .

No, BHS doesn't allow you to install anything. But the service side is good enough.

I've been using BHSVPS for about a week now and I'm reasonably happy. To date I've run about 7 senukex campaigns that were quite intensive and all completed already. They've got limited slots available though. Additionally support has been awesome via live chat,fingers crossed it stays this way.

I have been using bhtdownloads for about a week. Here is my experience. Some of the software works out the box, like scrapebox, while some software doesn't work because it needs to be updated first. An example is "the best spinner". When i try to run this software, it says an update is required first. I go and download the update, however when I go to install the update, I get a Big windows error telling me that I don't have admin privileges to do this. From there its a matter of contacting support to have them do it. Then it depends on who you speak to in the live chat. Some of the support reps are very nice, while others don't do $hit. I'm canceling my service because of the bad support reps not doing their job.
BHT does have a vip subscription, where they basically provide you with all the software from vps, plus way more. I think you're better off getting a barebones vps and loading it up with all the software provided from the bht vip program. I'm actually looking for someone who could install this software on a vps for me, if you can do this pm me please!
Bottom line with BHT, its not the best experience, your better off getting a barebones where you can do whatever you want, and load it up, that's my opinion.

Yep, everything about BHTdownloads is right. They suck, you can't update the software on your own - you have to contact them.
When you contact them (if you find them) then you need to find the right person cause there is one (that keeps changing live chat names) that I would be more than happy to give a good old-fashioned beating to. He/she even called me 'son', tells me 'would you stop complaining', when I ask for credentials for the non-working software tells me just 'nope' (while the other admins give them to me). I can write a book about their service and support.
Some time ago, when the problems started, they started moderating each and every post you make on their forum so that you can't complain in front of the other users.
I don't know if they are scammers or just idiots but stay away from them.

BHSVPS is the best option. I have Associated package from them and works like a charm.
All tools are licensed and original. No crappy cracks or smth like that. And btw the support is blazing fast. I've got answers in maximum 5 minutes.

The best answer is get a clean vps and use install tools yourself .
It will be same but better as most them use nulled tools anyways .
