Hi I need cheap VPS with 7-8 ip's. Any idea?

You wont get one. Multiple IPs are normally a premium feature, and normally offered in blocks of 1-2 for additional $

Buy a vps then get your self a VPN and run it on the vps problem solved

Couple mounts ago i read in one thread about VPS with 6 ip's in packet for 9$, but I can't find that thread.

Go to webhostingtalk and look through their vps offers. About half of the smaller companies will give you extra ips for 1.5 to 2 dollars monthly a piece. Though some as mentioned above will only do ip blocks.

Man even thinking about 10 ip's will be too much for that server

Normally web hosts offer 2 dedicated Ips with vps, but as you want 7 to 8 Ips then one thing need to be said; this depends on how good a justification you can give.
