Can you recommend a VPS at a good price to create a proxy server? I need about 20-50 IP minimum for Instagram boting.

you can use Amazon EC2 AWS at no charge for 12 months ! search on youtube how to get one year for free ...

You can't use it for 12 months. After 6 months I guess Amazon will start to charge you some money for the usage of VPS
