Vps with local static ip?

Hey guys. Does anyone know where's the best place to get a windows vps with a local static ip? I live in the U.S.(Georgia), so I would need a ip address that shows a local address of somewhere in GA.
Does anyone know of a service? I mean a real service, not a here today, gone tomorrow company.

As the person mentioned above AWS have windows VPS possibilities, not sure if they have IPs that are located in Georgia though. At any rate, it would be a gamble because you will be a allocated a random IP. You can try their free package first though.
