Any service provider you guys can recommend that has large provision for disk space? I really wanted not to go for physical machine as it is very risky.

VPS plans are not usually come with large storage in a basic plans, but there are lots of providers that could include it as additional feature
 
What is wrong with dedicated server?
 
Or you can check for dedi's (despite you stated you won't go for physical machine) at hertzner's auction: https://robot.your-server.de/order/market. I'm not aware of the quality, but looking at it you can have for example Intel Core I7, 64GB ram and two 3TB disks for 53 euro's/ month.
 
I'd recommend you to use VPS accounts from hostingsource.com and veeble.org.
They are reliable and low cost and uptime is high.
Highly recommended.
