Is there any VPS with dynamic IP or can I install dynamic VPN on VPS? I need it for social media accounts.

I doubt it very much. Cant you just use proxies?

it is actually possible.

You would need to configure a VPN with a dynamic DNS client (the dynamic DNS gives you a static domain name which you will be able to use to connect to your VPS, otherwise, you won't be able to)
Then, on the VPN you can configure the IPs to rotate (Hidemyass for isntance)

Don't think you will find a host that will give you a dynamic Ip on the account. Just use proxy for your Ip needs

not dynamic but ther are vps with multiple ip's

Scaleway have floating ip, you can change the public ip
