VPS with Dynamic IP ?

How would you be able to connect to it the second time if the ip was dynamic? You wouldn't know what IP to connect to, because you know, it being all dynamic and all..
Maybe what you are after is a VPN service like hidemyass where you can choose what ip addresses you use?
Perhaps you could buy a few VPS and have some sort of proxy rotation software configured?

What you need is a VPN coz a VPS has a static IP.
There are lots of vpn providers and am not promoting any service.
But you might try TorGuard, with TorGuard you are able to download their app and get a huge selection of countries/ips to choose from.
Every time you login to the app, you get setup with a new IP even if the country is the same.
