VPS with additional ips or private proxies for Instagram?

I found it may occur some problems if you want to manage multiple Instagram accounts.
With some of private proxies that I used you can not register Instagram accounts, but earlier it was fine with other proxies from the same provider. There are also sometimes not good situations with similar price proxies ($19 per 10 or cheaper) that some people described when they were using them with Instagram.

I still remember that there is another way to get private proxies that you can safely use with Instagram - it is setting up proxy-server at VPN with additional ips.

Could anyone advice good not very pricy VPN with many additional IPs that you can get, which is also do not prohibit to set up proxy-server?
And maybe there is anyone who is still using it for social media?

The budget is $20-25 per 10 proxies.

Or maybe it is still better to use other reliable proxy providers, also because they can give you already configured high speed 100% private unused with Instagram proxies?

Don't go into too much trouble just to get that much IPs.

Simply get Dedicated 20-30 Private proxies from provider that does supports Instagram and Social media and use them it's perfect and easy from my experience .

OVH can supply upto 256 IPs with their dedicated machines.
