I google a few, but don't have time to read their 270 pages of TOS. I suspect they all have some kind of trick up their sleeve. Was wondering anyone knows any confirmed VPS providers that will actually honor the 30 day back guarantee ? Thanks.

Some vps providers even have 30 days for free when you first sign up, dunno if it would be considered promotion if I name dropped a few

Well, I had a VPS with Alexhost and they promise 30 day, I never requested because I never had any problem.
Since Alexhost is offshore.

If you are not sure - ask the provider you are checking. I believe confirmation from their end will be enough.
BTW that is a nice way to test the service during the money back guarantee period.
