vps which supports torrents

i was planning to do some torrent methods in mass quantity...problem is that my bandwidth wont support downloading big files within short time so i was looking for a good windows vps where i get some 100 mbps down speed with good upload ratio ... so that i can download lot files quickly and also i can use that as a seedbox ... if anybody of u know abt any such vps which support torrent downloading and seeding pls let me know .

i saw abt xirvik.com and the plans and pricing are also pretty great ... but is this a windows vps where i can use the server for other work rather than just downloading and seeding like converting the files and all ?
