Okay i am trying to figure out what is the best method to run SEO tools. I have used SEO Tools on VPS and also on home desktops.

What is the best way to run SEO Tools like Senuke Xcr , Scrapebox, Magic Submitter, etc.

VPS

or

No VPS - Desktop home computer using Private Proxies??

Dependings on the toos. Senuke Xcr is very expensive on desktop, so that would kind of sets the direction you want to go.

Otherwise, I would do desktop - if you have bandwidth, and can dedicate a pc. Connect to net using VPN not proxy, as not all apps will go thru proxy.

I prefer running the apps on VPS for the simple reason that I don't have to worry about bandwidth uses, power bill and I can use my home PC for other purposes while these apps are running on the VPS.

For obvious reasons a VPS is a better and sensible choice. So yeah, I'd go with a VPS.

VPS is the better .. mainly because of the bandwidth and download/upload speed... And also that these softwares may require to run for a long time without disturbing it, which will be difficult in case of PC or laptop.

I will use a VPS.

1. Because is up 24/7
2. The bandwidth is better (I have a home connection of 100Mbs and the VPS have 1Gbs)
3. The electricity bill... when I first get my first VPS that was a good but cheaper one the electricity bill drop with the same amount that I pay for the VPS
4. VPS are better set-up then your PC, as the configuration of the OS some times much better and also the resources are better
5. I can connect to it no matter where I am as long as I have a internet connection.
6. Give me time to work on my personal PC/laptop and if you thing of getting another PC it will be cheaper to get a VPS.

If you're like me and running commercial SEO, then doing it locally is impossible. I use multiple VPS' and would need loads of SEO PC's in my office - all with their own ADSL connection!

VPS's are much more elegant - as you can leave them running 24x7 - and share them between workers so that multiple people can access and use them, and you also only need 1 software license per VPS.

VPS has changed my life.
now doing 10 man task alone. 10 VPS, and everything runs at a time.~

UltraVPSBox are one of the best out there. I prefer using VPS as I run 2 instances of Scrapebox (operations taking almost 7 hours) + API at the same time.

Hello,

I am nickk owner of ultravpsbox.

BEst solution was and always will be to run your seo tools from VPS.
Differences are huge and in order to find out yourself you can contact me to give you a free trial to check yourself.

Additionally many thanks at people who suggest my service

Thank you

Just a note about VPS.

If you get a general purpose VPS, then you can install software.

At least one VPS provider which also preloaded SEO tool, does not allow you to run your own s/w. So if you want SEO s/w preloaded, do check with the VPS provider (if you need additional s/w installed).

I use bhsvps and it come with tons of preloaded softwares including senukexcr, I needed proxy multiply and it was installed on my vps box in 2 mins flat. I find them open to install legit softwares.

Hi guys, I am new to the concept of VPS and trying to learn it. Say if i want to run scrapebox on VPS do i need to get proxies for that. Do the VPS provider allow to use their local proxy.

Second question is: Can i install two to three scrapebox software in vps with one license.

Whether or not you need to use proxies depends on your vps provider.

As for running multiples instances, that's possible on all machines. Simple unzip the scrape box folder to separate folders eg: scrapebox1 scrapebox2 and so on

I do both actually, I keep my lower-speed bots running on my home machines with proxies dedicated to each and do high bw stuff with my vps's. VPS's can and do go down and have other issues, spreading your efforts over all your resources is the best insurance.

What about ultra vps have you used it?

I've never used them. Hostamus provide a good service. Bermanhosting are also pretty good and I've use them in the past, but proxies are required when using them.

Spot on. I've never used a VPS that has worked 100% of the time. Hedge your bets, use both.
