Need a VPS under $40 that doesn't require any type of verification (photo ID, phone, etc)

If anyone knows a decent provider let me know, thanks!

i think almost vps service are instant active ? with 40$ you can get a quad 3.4GHz / 6GB ram

In my experience burst.net are very strict on verification. Are you sure about this?
