VPS Tracing

Can my VPS be traced back too me.
Case: I like to sign up for trial services .
I use a pre-paid Debit card and a VPS.
I am now wondering if they can trace my VPS back too me.

Firstly,Why would they trace you if you are using their trial services?
Yes,unless you are doing some shady stuff with it.

And paying with your debit card,they can surely track you.

I am using a pre paid visa, so dont see how they can use that too trace me. ( I got it from my local store)
I want too sign up for the service more then once.

I don’t think they will have so much time to track an individual down.

People are exploiting free trials of Google Cloud and AWS etc which are such giants so you can do freely whatever you want to.
