VPS system preloaded with marketing software - working?

I noticed a website that is having all the blackhat goodies on their vps from scrapebox to xrumer.
So i am wondering if this kinf of stuff really does work? or are the servers slow? Is anybody having any expirience with this stuff maybe?

I am also interested in a recommendation for a cheap, reliable vps. Onlingodfather, where did you see that server advertised?
