Hey! Thank you for taggin me in ;) Let me clear something up for you!

1. First of all, please open a ticket and let me know your ticket # so I can take a look on your VPS and all UK nodes are running on E3v6 processor, at 3.5 GHz+, not 2.6 ;)
2. The slowness would occur by vary of reasons:
- Check your task manager: If your resources are maxed out -> Your VPS need more resources to run -> Slow down the speed. \
- If not maxed -> 100% it's connectivity issue, this could be solved by: moving to other VPS location, increasing your internet package, or try this settings: http://prntscr.com/mmuk62 http://prntscr.com/mmuk9l
3. (Edited, forgot to add up when initial writing): Accounts count is not the only factor when it comes to performances, let's say, if you have 10 accounts and doing 10000 actions a day, it's not that different from 100 accounts doing 1000 actions per day, of course some other settings will differentiate the performance such as amount of threads that is set to be run simultaneously, ... (standing from the point of a server operator and not a users of any IG programs).

Let me know the result ;) Sent you a PM as well.

Hi,thanks for you reply, but it didn't make sense for me.
#4553119 it's my ticket number, please check!I have done the same options as your screenshot, but still slow,I think maybe the problem is the location.
I come from asia and vps from uk,you said moving to other vps location will be better,What about US or something else?I don't know how to fix it,really need your help!
THANK

Your VPS specs are pretty good. It should not be slow and the fact that your VPS and your location is different doesn't matter. You should be able to access the VPS via RDP without any slowness. Maybe there's a memory leak due to the software you are running on VPS?

Take a look at task manager and check the resource usage.

Thanks for you reply,I access the VPS via RDP and I use vps for manage IG accs.

Whats your home connection speed? If using wifi try using ethernet cable for max connectivity.

Same thing happened to me with dedicated server, only got 2 bars max with wifi. Ended up upgrading my ISP to higher speed and use ethernet cable when possible. Fixed it for me

To ping your VPS, you must disable firewall on your VPS or allows incoming traffic passthrough this service: file and printer sharing (echo request - icmpv4-in)

Then go on your cmd/powershell and type: "ping [IP]"

If you want to see how your traffic flows, please type: "tracert [IP]"

Replied on the ticket as well ;)

Thanks,I'll wait for the us location!
I still think hyonix has high quality and I recommend others who still didn't buy vps can buy vps from hyonix!

I use the exact same vps package as you. I was on the US location before, and that was slow. I switched to UK and it was lot faster. If your home internet speed is good, you should easily get upto three bars on the RDP, which is sufficient according to me.

Where you from?Europe?I really think vps speed depends on your home location.
