Xrumer = dedicated server if you want to get nice speeds.
its cheapest bulletproof dedi option now. Xeon E3-1240V for just 230$ monthly. They have also cheaper servers. You cant find nice reviews on botmaster forum. They are out of stock but create account and submit ticket and they will setup dedi for you.
