Vps stealth question

1. If I try to sign up stealth using a vps would I still need to clear cookies and have a new user on my comp?

2. When I do a stealth account and get zero limits is that ip dead then or can I continue to register accounts with it until one works ?

Just have this in mind if oyu have a problem with an eBay account, your other accounts are doing okay but all of the sudden the one you were having problems with gets shutdown.. Then, all your other eBay accs with same IP are on the black list most likely.
 
If you have a dynamic home IP address you just need to restart your router to get s new IP rather than buy a VPS :-)

Yep, I found it was a pool of about 200 IP addresses for cell connections. I wrote an apk that would turn the 3g on and off.
