If your e-mails are build according to can-spam act then none hosting will complain ( it's very easy to fake the opt-in data which you provide as a sample to hosting provider so all of them will let you send mails even if you just scrape mails from the web), the problem is actually in the IP's.
If you are planing to send tons e-mails per day from one ip, you will not last long, but if you would buy dedicated server with 50 ip address, you could send 50.000 e-mails per day with ease and without worrying being blacklisted. That's 1000 emails per day from one IP, and that's ~41-42 e-mails per hour !
That would cost you around 200-300 $ but it is 100% worth of a investment.
You could also buy shared hostings with 500 emails per hour limits and put them into the interspire e-mail marketer and send the emails, that's a lot cheaper way, but still in my opinion dedicated server with lots of ip's is proven way to profit !
