I'm looking for cheap windows vps but i only have $ to start! my point is, can i access my windows 7 to vps server linux? never tried this before. . so need hlp from BHW members experts. .

For cheap windows server you should go for a unmanaged VPS with basic plan

You can check the BST on BHW. Amazon VPS are very expensive because they are cloud.
