Im looking to setup a VPS for some emailing and ad posting.

Any blackhat services that are okay with this.

What should I know before I buy and what is the best country for email laws to use with this.

Any help would be great.

The email laws where you live will always apply. Can't help you on the BH VPS though.

check out the one on my sig, its excellent as long as you dont do any scam stuff or proxies or torrents, or get too many spam complaints

Why would it be so excellent if I cant be blackhat with it. I need one to post ads and reply to ads on CL. Running a poster, an autoresponder and maybe a scraper.

I have been using dutch VPS from Wisehosting.co.uk, drop them a mail and see what they can do.

is windows usually installed for you or do you need to get your own copy?

Either - if you have your own license they will use it else you can pay them for a license.

if your ever online. I added you to msger your always away. I still need one the one so get at me asap.

and the slug clubs vps was total shit if anyone else wants to know. I ordered it 4 days ago and told him Im not good at the tech stuff could he take care of it. 4 days later still no vps and ive been losing money because of it.
