Is it possible to use VPS with no internet on my PC?

I mean does VPS using my internet and my IP to run?

Or its completely new IP

Yeah, the vps is a on a server, so basically its a totally different computer some place far away, that is always online (unless you switch it off)

You can log in anytime from your computer via the internet, but the vps itself is always running as its remote and not attached to your computer.

Just imagine a vps is someone elses computer always on with its own IP and own internet connection and own ram, cpu and hard drive, which you can log into or out of and it stays running no matter what you do.

In order you to get connected with VPS you will need internet connection.

VPS is a complete computer on its own with all the stuff as well as internet.

Just think of it as a computer placed in another part of the world. So you need internet to connect to that computer. It just uses very small bandwidth to connect to your VPS. Everything you do on VPS uses the internet of VPS.

I think you misunderstood VPS from VPN. If you have a VPN you need internet to connect to it as this is the purpose of it. If you have a VPS it will be like a remote computer which runs on a different network, you will not need internet to keep it online but only to make changes on it.

Yes, This is a server that not real and this is on your desktop, with a virtual machine. you can download it with the virtual box or BM
