Hey guys

I want to get into YouTube marketing but unfortunately I cannot run Vagex, U2Bviews and other similar apps 24/7. This is why I want to rent a VPS.

Question #1: will 512 mb of RAM suffice for all the apps, or do I need 1 GB?

Question #2: what operating system should I use on my VPS? I have no experience with Linux.

Question #3: what should I be aware of when renting a VPS for the first time?

I think I will go with BermanHosting, but if you guys have any other recommendations feel free to tell me.

Thanks.

You should go with a Windows VPS as most of linux VPS come without a graphical interface. I'm not sure that Vagex can be run on a linux machine too.

I always recommand to start with the lower package to see if it fits the need and upgrade if only you need more. So go for a 512MB of RAM.

You can go with us at host-stage. A 512MB of RAM is $12.95 only with a 1000 mbps connexion. It is perfect for Vagex users. Check the signature for the link.

bermanhosting is the best for YT botting

$16 > 1GB RAM > 3.40Ghz > Windows 2003(DO NOT USE WIN2008) = fast and light

I wish to thank everyone for their answers and their time.

Check out our BST here on BHW, or my signature. We offer unlimited bandwidth on a 1Gbps connection, 1.5GB RAM, 85GB HD for $30/month (the cheapest around), the package in my signature is perfect for SEO tools.

Maybe that helps you
