Hello i look for vps provider and domain provider offshore would be good if its with 1 panel with easy setup to connect website/ssl
I look so they dont care what i post on this website etc. is there any advices you guys can give for that, also is there a way to cloak the website correctly for some ads ?
Is it worth to connect my website with cloudflare or no?

Hello.

You can order VPS and install free FastPanel, there will be all in one box incl. free ssl. Better order domain and hosting in random compnies.

You can find some addons for WP or another CMS, what will be parsed GEO and block users from countries what you will add. Also many CMSs have own private policy what you can setup.

Yes, better to connect it to CF to hide real IP of server.

It all depends on what you actually want to host. However, there are no offshore domains in my experience because most of the TLDs are under ICANN, which can take you down at any time if they choose.
 
Keep domain registration and hosting separate when you are planning to publish scam, so at least you can keep one element of your site when taken down.
