So I got a dedicated linux server from VMbox, read a ton about configuring the thing, then had a go.
It had CentOs5, with a LAMP config already installed... I think, the details didn't tell me whether it came with a LAMP setup or not, either way I proceeded to work with yum and try to set up a LEMP stack. When trying to configure nginx and php I followed a guide for configuration with Deb instead of Centos...

So my server is screwed up a bit, directory files and junk
Is there a command or something I can do that will wipe the server and return it to the state it was when I first logged on? I tried reinstalling Centos5 but the files didn't seem to overwrite.
