Hi, I'm moving all my SEO software to a VPS. My options for OS are Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 Ultimate.

What should I go with? My current software SB, Captcha Sniper, GSA Ranker, ZP, TBS as well as a few others.

I'm a Mac guy running Windows XP via parallels, but would like to go to a VPS.

Does it even matter what Windows OS is used to run these apps?

    Thanks

I would recommend using XP Professional for SEO tools, use the server editions mostly for website hosting, etc.

    Hope that helps!

They are lightweight and perfect for VPS.
Most of the VPS companies will recommend using these Operating systems.

As a VPS provider I would recommend to use Windows Server 2008 R2, be careful R2 not just Windows 2008, there are huge difference.
Windows Server OS are much more stable that client OS such as windows 7 or windows xp and etc.

My vote goes also to Windows Server 2008 R2.
