VPS OR CLOUD TO handle Up 2M Requests

Hello, i'm looking for some good VPS or Cloud Host to host a API to manage Mobile Application , we get around 2M requests and we would like to start monitoring our apps. and if you can suggest me any right company to do that.

Please put in your mind that 2M is the total requests , no other requests we get

You could start with a cloud solution or VPS. Then you should be having a talk with your host to come up with a solution for you if your app keeps growing. Would not recommend AWS as that is where most of the big apps start then they try to find a way to get out of contracts as cost will start to add up pretty fast.

try digitalocean as your vps provider

If it is api requests then for sure any of the aws services, and make sure to serve ststic from cdn.
Cheapest is probably digital ocean + cloudflare. If your app is well coded you can get away with $5/month.
I have a badly coded site with about 30k users and each pageload is about 5-20mb in on a single small droplet. If your app is well done u can easily 20x that. If not, next size is $10

there are many things you should take into consideration:
your payload size
your server max bandwidth speed
number of connections at peak time
also the backend you are using
how easy it is to scale your backend

you can use existing solutions like that provided by firebase or aws.But they will be costly in long run but very scalable.
dig in further or consult with network engineer to be in profit in long run

edit: and at the same time i can fix zero downtime releases, testrunners, rollbacks etc

If it's an APP in production you definitely need a loadbalancer with failover function. In ideal situation you should take 2 identical VPS'es behind a loadbalancer. If VPS 1 is for some reason unavailable or you are making changes/updates the failover should redirect the API calls to VPS 2.
