VPS + MOBILE PROXIES - WHAT IS THE CONNECTION?

According to my research, in order to be able to configure Mobile Proxies and then later sell them, one needs a VPS server. The Proxy Traffic from the Mobile device is routed towards the VPS.

What is VPS? Do I need VPS if I want to configure Mobile Proxies? How does this whole thing works?

It is VirtualPrivateServer, a server running in the cloud. Normally it can be a $5/month server. It has to be in your area to minimize the latency (make lower pings) between your farm and the VPS,

A VPS is NOT needed when 2 conditions met
- you have static IP at 4g proxy farm location, i.e. ISP provides it
and
- ISP allows incoming connections.

In that case users from around the world will connect to your static IP, so these connections are forwarded to the 4g farm server situated in the LAN.

Proxy user establishes connection with VPS_IP, telling the proxy to reach a website.
It is forwarded to a 4g proxy farm server situated in a private LAN (at your home).
Request is accepted by a proxy server, and subsequent request is sent via a 4g modem to the website.
Website sees a request from a 4g IP and sends the response.
Done, the connection is established between the Proxy user and the Website.

butting in , I have a ISP which is not giving me static IP , can I use this IP's to have many proxies? How do I know the ports of each IP my ISP will give to me?

yes, if incoming connections are allowed. in this case install DynamicDNS (ddns) and update hostname periodically.
