VPS instagram

If I create instagram accounts on VPS (the limit is 5 account) can I use on my own PC without ban ? So, I create 5 account on VPS, and I create 5 my own IP, can I use 10 account ? And what I need to start instagram work with low cost. My target is daily 4-5 dollar.
