VPS included internet speed >?

hello BHW ,, i still newbie in this site and i wanna get a good VPS but i have two Question to just a professional !

1st:VPS included internet connection or it's depend on my internet connection ,,i don't think it's depend on mine, because when i go to sleep and shut down my PC how it work

2cnd: important question now i can get VPS in france ,, (((concentrate))) can i made my leads from this VPS as i from France and get the profit as i in France ? or then it will count as i in my current country ?
and i hope my question being clear to all

The only impact of your personal internet connection is that sometimes with a lsow connect you might face GUI delays, but this has no effect on what happens on your VPS.

I also have no idea what the second part is trying to ask. Please rephrase.

I think he wants to know if he can get a French VPS.

OP, go to www.google.fr then search for VPS.

I already using CPA ,France lead it's gave me 19$/lead ,(i,m not from France )then my question if i get France VPS then i got a France IP? then i can make this lead as i in France and earn 19$ per lead ?

I can't see any reason why you couldn't... as far as IP address goes it would look like you were in France, but they might use other methods for determining how "credible" you are.

The only issue is that, if your connection is too slow, there will be the lags to work/connect to the VPS.

I think the best way is ask your questions directly any vps provider . I have a skype ID of a member of vps provider that is neckzenica . Talk with him i hope he can guide you in right direction
