Currently i am with hostwinds 2 tier VPS 17.5 $ per month (2 WP site 10000 daily visits total) .

I want hosting for another 8 WP site (100 pages and 200-300 visitors each) with minimum plugins and simple themes .

my budget for this will be 20-25 $ . Please suggest me suitable hosting service according to my requirement.

For your requirement VPS with medium specs will be good that means :
HDD:100G
CPU:2
RAM:2G
 
Vps is good and better but you need to pay them for cp panel as well.
