VPS help

Can someone kindly suggest me a good vps? I'm based outside the Country but my market is in the U.S.What are some things I should keep in mind when looking for and using a VPS from my area?

it is highly advisable to state these 3 basic points when asking this question:

* managed/unmanaded
* Ram
* HDD
* bandwidth
* win/linux
* with/without cpanel



.. btw, recently I have heard some complaints about namecheap, so you might want to be careful about that.. just roamers...
