I don't think dedicated server is needed for HD streaming.

I would recommend to think about your target audience and based on this matter decide on the server location. Server location is something what can influence on your budget dramatically.

Virtual cores performance is limited to some extent, but dedicated server will do the job alot more better

I know that. But resource wise, a hd stream, right now on an i7 - 7700k takes 2 - 3% of the processor so it's not worth spending more for the same thing

I have tried other hostings before but they don't compare to Exmasters.com hosting! I am will not even try another provider.
I have been with this hosting for some time now and it's Great, customer service is so wonderful, call or email and my question is answered.
