I've always liked Hoststage's VPS service.
Never had a problem with them, and easy to upgrade your plan as needed.

As i see you are in the same business as i am (ogads) If you can't afford one i can give 3.5 gb 1 core 100 SSD vps for free i have many and i don't use them

depends on how many accounts you'll be adding and how many actions you'll do with each, but generally the most important is RAM, because it uses a lot for the embedded browsers ( less so for ig accounts and it doesn't use a browser for that) next is cpu which should be decent as well but there's no need to overdo it here.
