VPS For downloading Torrents?

Hi all, I have a pain in the ass cable company that shuts off my internet if i download torrents. I was thinking a VPS would be my best solution. Can anyone recomend a VPS that I will only be using for downloading shit. Just need to be able to put Bitlord on it and search with explorer or something. I dont need a huge storage capacity or anything but 25 Gigs or so would be fine. Thanks in advance for any recomendations. Brian

Brian, my curiosity got the better of me here. Tell me, downloading onto the VPS is fine, but how will you bring those gigs back onto your system? Or is this a very foolish question?

Yes. His ISP monitors torrent traffic. So, now, the seedbox carries all the torrent traffic and he can have the files by FTP or HTTP.
