Hello community

Id like to know if it exists any VPS with GPU for Deepfake AI, it must be off-shore because it will be some sketchy stuff, reason is that i want to train an deepfake with GPUs, i cannot train on my PC because i have low-end pc

That's not what anyone is asking. We know you still need a GPU. We are asking WHICH GPU do you need?

Do you want a 2070 8GB to do 512x512? Do you want a Tesla M40/P40 24GB to do 1024x1024 on the cheap but slow? Do you want a 4090 24GB? Do you want multiple GPU's?
 
I don't think anyone (hosting) cares what you are actually doing on the servers so just use one of the best prices providers. reason being that if you're not putting something publicly facing no one will report and without report they won't have a reason to look or be interested at all. just put the webservice on a bulletproof ip and arrange it so the load is to the server that actually has the deepfake so it won't be reported.

Actually for such application use, I would recommend you to use a dedicated server with GPU, rather than a VPS, as physical hardware GPU with a physical hardware dedicated server always perform best for any GPU usage.
