In many places in the forum I get the impression that one has to use special hosting for xrumer and other similar tools, because sooner or later there will be complaints and thus you get disconnected. But the question is if you use proxies like most or all people do, how will the complaint reach your data center?
vps banning and proxies newbie question

the proxies will get banned. I've lost a lot of servers on that reason 
but I still exchange the peoples proxies if they got banned.
My advice, don't use you server for spamming, you will get banned very fast if you don't know what to do and you will lose at least 20$ (that is the price for a Windows VPS), but better proxies with those money.
