VPS and Squid Cache Question

Whats up all , Im pretty new to proxy server's and how they work .I want to set up squid cache on a VPS. Just wondering how to go about justifying my IP's. let's say I'm assigned a Ip like 1.2.3.4 .Can I create new class D's ? like 1.2.3.5 and 1.2.3.6 .How much of these will i be able to create ? And will i be able to bypass IP filters like CL , Facebook and Myspace with these IP's.
