is it a must that vps must be from same location of the proxies or it dosent matter
for example is it ok for the vps to be from uk and proxies from usa or it should be same location
No they can be in different locations, it doesnt matter for most purposes. Though ip packet latency differs from different parts of the globe but most of the time the lag is not so crucial.
