Vps and New/Month old account question

I was wondering if a 3 core 2gb ram vps can handle running 30 accounts at once with followliker?

and sorry if this has been asked before. but what is a good follow limit and delay per follow for a month old account vs a 1 week old account, my current settings are to follow limit 2-3 delay 720 secs. does followliker follow 3 people per account then stop, or does it follow 3 people on one account at a time every 720 secs?

Try with the lowest gb option and if the bandwidth is nearly running out before the end of the month, upgrade it to the next highest. And so on until you find the right one capable of handling your accounts.
