Hye guys..will it be so much different on connection/network performance between 100mbit port & 1gbit port VPS. i only use the VPS for running Mass Planner.

Yes, it would be more likely. Since on a VPS the bandwidth is one of the shared resources.
For most of the needs of users, 100 mbps is perfectly enough according to what your VPS neighbors are doing and whether they are capped or not.
For IMers, 1 GBPS sounds about right for a VPS.

On a dedicated, 100 mbps would be enough yup

Thanks for the info.. :-) one more thing how worse will it be to run a virtual machine on a vps.. is this a super bad idea.

You are welcome.
Nope, you wouldn't be able to virtualized in an already virtualized CPU.
It isn't designed for that.
Sandboxie would work though.

Rather go for several instances of your tool / several VPS maybe, rather than trying to set them in virtual environment inside a VPS.
Most of the virtualization softwares would prevent you from running your virtual environment.
