Opt for Private Proxies, it will help you in the long run.
Cheap/Free proxies will lead to any kind of neg things. Better focus on getting paid one.

If you keep using Free VPN/Proxies you will face the same issue because they easily being tracked .. if you frequently use social media account then try some cheap VPN service and use instagram and other site more safely .. check PIA, IPVanish, PureVPN, HMA
