VPN with thousand dynamic IP addresses ?

For dedicated proxies you can buy private proxies.
I not sure if there is a VPN for dynamic ip address.
Contact a mod to move it in proxy section.

I use hidemyass pro VPN, they have thousands of dynamic IPs over hundreds of servers around the world. never had an issue yet. (I mix and use with proxies for good measure).
I also use strongvpn which is a little more money, but tend to perform a little better from Asia.

Ahh, unlimited server switches. I only know of hidemyass that can do that, and is easily scripted from Linux (restart openvpn ever X seconds using random cities). I guess if you use the standard openvpn client (and not the HMA client manager), you can do this from windows too, using the linux method. - download the linux version, and peek through it's readme for examples.
ibvpn[.]com offers unlimited switches. haven't tested them, though.

HMA is software based and cant be integrated with server-side technology,... Tor uses maimly public nodes which means shit topology and slow speeds and you cant tell the exact randomisation.
I have partnered with one huge cloud based proxy supplier that works on http and sockets and plug into anything... Do you need this for crawling, email etc... As i have allot of methods, just pm with what you want to achive and ill give you a hand... If my inbox is full just skype (see sig)
