VPN with static IP req.

I'm looking for a website that could provide me with static IP and some computer space. So that I could access some HD space and install my programs there and at the same time be using the static IP that they provide. Can anyone recomend me some good providers?

You're looking for a VPS (virtual private server) I think, not a VPN (virtual private network).
