VPN with auto VPN/proxy switching?

I'm looking for a VPN with the capability to switch the proxy/VPN it is connecting to automatically at an interval I specify. The lower the better. I am using a program and I need a fresh IP every minute or two.

Is there such a thing?

Anyone? I know this exists I just don't know where to buy it!
