VPN/Vps/proxy for stealth Paypal

Ok,
so I'm new here and have been reading every post I could find on this website for the last few weeks. I am still unsure/unclear so I figured I'd make an account and ask my question!

After seeing 'recent' posts it appears that VPN's are no longer suggested for stealth eBay/paypal accounts correct? If so, what do you use? Now bear with me as even though I've been reading for a couple weeks I'm still a little foggy on the differences and point of vpn/Vps/proxy. I get people are concerned with accounts being locked/frozen/limited but isn't this the point of 'stealth' accounts? Now keep in mind, I'm only interested in paypal because I've sworn off eBay for now. The point of stealth paypal is if it gets locked, whatever, you make another one. So having a stealth account locked/limited etc is not my concern, it's the linking of my stealth to my real paypal and having anything traced back to me.

also, I mostly use my ipad and I'm RARELY on a computer, so any help or suggestions would be great, I'm only looking into 2-3 stealth accounts then my real one so unlike a lot of you (from what I've gathered) I don't have the need for 5-10+ stealth accounts.

Without VPN (a software where you can choose your ip from a range of different countries/ip) you can't do much. You can then use a proxy (a single ip that is given to you to use, you can set up it through your browser's setting). But buying proxies singularly is more expensive than buying only 1 good VPN.

If the VPN has not a big ip range, it's normal the ips get blacklisted, and when an ip get blacklisted, Ebay is among the first to know that.

vip72 is the best I ever used period. A great range, they don't ask for your credit card so it's safe, but... it costs and you have to use alternative currencies such Bitcoin. So just get a normal VPN, you can find many lists of the allegedly best ones if you search on Google.

A VPS it's a completely different thing, it's when you buy a whole server for you and not just a normal hosting account, it has nothing to do with making stealth accounts.

ok, so your saying to buy VPN and use a proxy? Will the IP change with every stealth account and do I have to do it manually. Also, as I stated, I mostly work from a Wi-Fi only iPad. How would I do this? Thanks for the help!

I dont think a VPN will be any good for paypal stealth because you will always have a different IP i recommend private proxy or VPS

But don't I want a different IP every time? I thought that's how they linked. And if I had the same IP for 2 stealth accounts?

There is one VPN that has an app, it's called ExpressVPN. I didn't try it though. There, with the software, it's easy to change the ip with simply a click. There are some VPNs that don't always have one unique ip always alive (you can use it today and then discover the day later that it's gone) so in I would suggest in that case, to always choose ips from one specific city, so Ebay will think you are always in the same place. Then you could use a private proxy, you would have to set up it manually, but it's more expensive.

So, or you use a private proxy, or you use a VPN and choose ips from ALWAYS the same city. Private proxies too can expire and die, you use it for one week and then you discover it's gone, it doesn't work anymore. So keep attention to what it could be better for you.

IMPORTANT: remember to always disable Flash plugin (shockwave flash) and delete your cookies + chronology before going to Ebay/Paypal. Flash plugin store your old ips (the one you had before using the VPN) and in some circumstances Ebay and Paypal are able to retrive it, and discover you're trying to fool them.

The only reason people don't like VPS is they are the most expensive option and most people want the cheap and easy way out, I find these are the same people asking me for help to get their money from paypal.

You can find websites that can sniff your Proxy or VPN easy, just try. Don't just do "whatismyip.com" but use more advance onces, you can google it. Better yet, go to your VPN (I use to use my own private VPNs) and then go to sears dot com. You will see they block your ass. My opinion is PP and EB are better at internet marketing than BK Sears, they are losing over a BILLION a year by the stock report, PP and EB are making tons of money.

Anyway, try to order something on sears from a proxy or VPN and you will see even a cheesy site like sears can see what you are doing. The thing about EB and PP is they are smart, they will pretend you are the smart one and give you enough rope to hang yourself. Then when you PP account hits $3K or $5K or $12K or more.... they hit you hard.

I didn't believe this either, I wanted the cheap or easy way out and it took me a few time of having my 10K+ limited for 180 days in PP.

I have no benefit in you (person reading this post) but I have seen so many newbies go easy and say "I have done it so it must work". Sure everything works when you have little success, the people who tell you it works are the ones who sell like $2k amonth in ebay... then when they hit $2k a day in ebay a few months later... bam! I had this happen to a friend of min ejust last week.

He ignored my advise and had $13K limited for 2 weeks. He did get it unlimited but spent close to 20 hours on the phone and stuff.. and a few tricks. But I was counting money and building my business while he compalined "Why did they do that? It doesn't make sense , it isn't fair"... .wha wha wah..... lol

Angry at EB/PP for being unfair and more angry at people who take short cuts and complain later about the results.

Lol no worries on the rant. I completely understand! I'm pretty sick of eBay/paypal too. But in this case, I'm strictly talking about Paypal as I will sell by other means than eBay but still use Paypal for payment. That's why I'm just concerned with linking primarily. I can create stealth all I want, it's the linking and tracing I'm strictly worried about. And no I'm not doing anything illegal lol. I have a friend who makes a steal account for almost every transaction (he doesn't sell much), so in the case of a amazing buyer scamming chargeback, his stealth goes negative and he abandons the account lol. (I don't condone it but whatever). Anyway, as I said I also work mostly from iPad. Will a VPN/VPS work for me? And what's all this stuff about creating a second user on a laptop and not using vpn/Vps/proxy, does that even work?

vps and proxy are no good for ebay. VPS is the way to go, go down 15+pages down to find a save one

You cant really use a VPN with Ebay anymore because so many of them have been recycled.

Private proxy or VPS is the best option.

Paypal is angry when you log with many differents IP.
PP is looking for IP location and internet provider and there is a blacklisted list of IP (VIP72)

Sometimes I use stealth Paypal with jondonym proxies servers and no log private VPN

Ok so it sounds like a proxy or VPS is the way to go. Now....again.. How do I do this on an ipad without all my stealths and real paypal being linked? Also, someone recommended privateinternetaccess. Is this a good site?
Im new to all this so I have no experience what so ever and really don't have the time to do the 'trial by error' stuff. I know how to create stealth, I know how to get the money out, just having issues on the anonymous aspect of it all.

Ok. I got initial issue figured out. Now how the heck do I verify?? I understand the VCC and VBA but do I use my real info or fake?
