VPN, VPS or Private Proxy - Anonymous Paypal

I'm looking forward to open an anonymous/untraceable Paypal Account.
I was thinking of using a *dedicated* VPN for my main computer, connect and access the Paypal account through a VPS using also a private proxy for the VPS browser. Do you think this will work out? Or am i missing something? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Do not use VPN. Paypal can easily detect VPN and won't let you send money. Try VPS. I haven't tried it though. I use my stealth PayPal from one of my old laptops.

Don't listen to above suggested advice. VPS basically same thing as VPN. Only difference you're working on actual server by means of Remote Desktop instead of routing traffic through it. Paypal will still see the same IP address.
My personal advice would be to use one of "private" or "dedicated proxies" on a separate computer.
But again I'm not an expert on this one as well. I just can point out obvious to me and it's your due intelligence to find out more about it. There's a forum actually dedicated for this and unfortunately I cannot post links. So you can make your own research

I used both vps and vpn and worked just fine for me.
