[VPN/VPS - CPA] Automated task (Help)

Hello there. I've been promoting an offer (CPA - Lead) in a especific website that is driving me traffic (using iMacros to automate it). The thing is: I get banned pretty often. So I was using AnonymoX for FireFox (premium), that basically allows me to change my IP at will to their list of premium proxies. But lately I'm having problems with AnonymoX, and I want something that can actually rotate the IPs hourly (from 3 to 3 hours). But I haven't yet find anything worthy, and I'm loosing Money everyday. So a friend of my recommend me to use a VPN or VPS to automate my tasks on that especific website. But I'm clueless on how to actually set a VPN/VPS, and what are the benefits of such, regarding my situation? Will a VPN/VPS have their own virtual system and different IPs? I'm kinda clueless.
