Newb question here, sorry. I purchased 1 month of FoxyProxy for $8. It comes with a single proxy IP (USA) and VPN access. How does VPN access work with regard to proxy service? Does it mide/change IPs? Could I create 500 twitter accounts via VPN without issue?

almost all VPN providers have their ips shared between their users, so your twitter account creating success rate will be very very low !
For twitter you need virgin dedicated IPs, not shared ones !

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I have some very good lists of public proxies so I'll go with that.

It's a shared IP anyway. don't expect a big quality. can be blacklisted numerous times.

public proxies are also shared to all users who scan for them ... so they are not good for creating twitter account, for that you need dedicated private proxies twitter passed !
